Submission of Proposals 

Detailed proposal abstracts will be reviewed. Abstracts should be no more than 2,000 words long. Upon acceptance complete papers will be requested and published in the Conference Proceedings.

  • Research papers: Structured abstracts should include authors' names, affiliations and addresses, abstract title, objective, background, method, results, discussion, conclusions and recommendation, References.
  • Symposia: proposer's name affiliation and address, proposed topic, proposed participants,duration (2 or 4 hours) , expected outcome
  • Workshops: proposer's name, affiliation and addresses, topic, goals, summary of main issues, and planned duration (2 or 4 hours).
  • Policy/best practices/program papers should include: authors' names affiliations and addresses, objective, program/policy description, impact ,and implications for dissemination.
  • Deadline for submission of Proposals/Abstracs - September 15 2009.
  • Online submission website will be open from August 15.
